Meet The Curator

Hi, I'm Sam.

I'm the Founder & Curator of The Everstead Collective.

The Everstead Collective began with a simple question:

What if I could go back, knowing everything I know now?

At the time, I had no idea that a self-reflective exercise would slowly grow into the creative life I'm building today.

I've always been what people call "multi-passionate." I love writing, photography, cooking, designing, making jewelry, wandering antique stores, collecting old family stories, and finding beauty in the most of ordinary places.

After two years of journaling, outlining a book series, creating mood boards, researching, and dreaming, I finally feel like I've curated a space my creativity can call home.

More than anything, I hope my work reminds people that ordinary lives are extraordinary when we take the time to notice them.

For now, it’s just me on this cozy corner of the internet…but one day I dream of TEC being a collaborative space for women from all walks of life, to share their stories, artwork, and creativity.

If you’re a female creator with a heart for storytelling- whether through written word, painting, food, etc- and are interested in collaborating with me on a project, you can find my email address on the contact page above!

I am so glad and thankful that you’re here!

And welcome to Everstead!
